If you're experiencing the "Load Error" on your system, SSD4 is unable to find your license file. The license file looks like this → ssd4-platinum_ssd_SSD 4_your_email_gmail.com.slc
NOTE (if you own an SSD4 Expansion such as Terry Date or CLA): Each SSD4 Expansion comes with a separate license file.
Please re-select the License File using the information in this article → Select Base Directory & License File
If you can't find your license file on your computer you will need to re-download it within your Slate User Account.
