Some users will receive the following prompt, even with their Trigger license active:
Please do note that there are two different Trigger licenses. The older license "Trigger", and the newer license "Steven Slate Trigger 2".
First log on to iLok License Manager, and search for Steven Slate Trigger 2. Make sure this is active to an accessible location (if using machine ID, make sure you are using the machine it is active to. If using an iLok Dongle, make sure that dongle is inserted into your computer). If it is not active, make sure to activate it by hitting the checkmark in the upper right corner of the iLok License Manager.
Make sure to also search for the older license "Trigger". If this license is currently activated to a present iLok, make sure to de-activate it by hitting the "X" in the upper right corner.
